Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • Tzatziki sauce (Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup Greek yogurt with ½ grated cucumber, 2-3 pressed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, add 2 cups chopped cooked chicken, followed by 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce and 1 cup halved grape tomatoes.
  3. Toss in ½ cup sliced pepperoncini peppers and ½ cup sliced Kalamata olives.
