  • 32 ounces frozen tater tots
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Chopped scallions (for serving; optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and chopped onions until browned (about 7-8 minutes). Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning; cook for one minute.
  4. Mix in sour cream, soup, drained corn, and half the cheddar; heat through.
