  • 4 green onions
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ginger
  • Olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped green onions, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
