  • ½ teaspoon mustard powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
