  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons edible dried rose petals (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and condensed milk; mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract, rose water, and lemon zest. Taste and adjust rose water if needed.
