  • 600 g whole Oreo cookies (about 50 cookies)
  • 170 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500 g heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9" square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush 50 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter, press half into the bottom of the prepared pan, and freeze.
  4. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold in condensed milk and remaining Oreo crumbs gently.
  6. Pour ice cream mixture over chilled crust, smooth it out, sprinkle remaining crumbs on top, and freeze again until firm (at least 6 hours).
  7. Cut into slices and serve directly from the freezer.
