  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs (garlic or Italian seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
