  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, spices, and cooled onion-garlic mixture.
  4. Form into a loaf shape and place into the prepared pan.
  5. Mix glaze ingredients and spread over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
