  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes (1 can)

  • 7 large bell peppers (tops removed and cored)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • Kosher salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking dish by placing the halved bell peppers cut side up.
