  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F.
  2. In a Ziploc bag, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a bowl, whisk egg white, vanilla extract, and water until frothy.
  4. Coat the nuts in the egg white mixture until well covered.
  5. Add the coated nuts to the Ziploc bag and shake until evenly coated with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
