  • ½ cup sliced green bell peppers or jalapeños
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Additional shredded mozzarella

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water and yeast; let sit until foamy.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Brown meat in a skillet; drain fat and add pizza sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough into a circle for the greased pan.
  6. Layer mozzarella on the crust base, then add meat filling and desired toppings.
  7. Top with more cheese and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
