  • 6 strips of bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with buttermilk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in buttermilk, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until golden brown (about 5–7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  5. Cook bacon in another pan until crispy; drain and crumble.
  6. Lay out tortillas and spread ranch dressing on each.
  7. Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, fried chicken strips, and crumbled bacon.
  8. Roll up tightly and slice in half before serving.
