  • 1 cup small pasta (such as ditalini or orzo)
  • Chopped spinach or kale

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
