Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet mixture until just mixed.
  6. For the filling, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  7. Roll out half of the dough on parchment paper, sprinkle with filling, and roll into a log.
  8. Slice into rounds about 1 inch thick and place on a lined baking sheet.
