  • 3 loaves frozen bread dough (Rhodes Bake – N – Serve)
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Thaw frozen dough on a tray at room temperature for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare three 9-inch bread pans with non-stick spray.
  3. Cut deep slits into each loaf, coat with melted butter, and roll in a cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Let loaves rise until doubled in size (about one hour).
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
  6. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm bread before serving.
