  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups crispy chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the chicken and vegetables.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked through (5–7 minutes) and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (30 seconds). Add cabbage and carrots; stir-fry until just tender (3–4 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to the pan along with chow mein noodles.
  5. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the stir-fried ingredients; toss well for 3–5 minutes until heated through.
