  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with ricotta, 1 cup of mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish. Take a noodle, spread about 1/4 cup of filling on it, roll it up tightly, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Once all rolls are assembled, pour remaining Alfredo sauce over them and top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) covered for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
