  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter and press into the pan.

  4. For the custard, whisk whole milk, egg yolks, cornstarch, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened. Cool slightly before pouring over baked cheesecake.
