  • 2 Tbsp instant yeast
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp granulated garlic
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let it proof for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  3. Add canola oil, salt, egg, and flour; mix until well combined.
  4. Divide the dough into 16 pieces and shape each into a roll.
  5. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet; cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Brush the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
