2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
2 large eggs
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp Kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, then add ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
