  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp Kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, then add ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet and roll into uniform balls.
  4. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 155-160°F.
